Don't let your age stop you from exercising! Come and join the T-N-T Club, for
teens 11 to 18 years old, and get on the fast track to fitness. This class involves
cardiovascular and strength training. Kids will be supervised at all times as
they use our Conditioning Room equipment. Our highly trained staff will teach
them the safe and effective way to lift weights. Class sessions are held every
Tuesday and Thursday from 3:30 to 4:30 p.m. starting in September. Parents must
sign their kids up prior to the class session in order to take advantage of the
monthly price rate. Refunds are not given on missed classes. For more information,
