Instead of listening to music, you become the music in this exhilarating full-body workout. Using lightly weighted drumsticks, POUND transforms drumming into an incredibly effective way of working out.

Learn how to play the hottest new sport sweeping the nation. This Intro to Pickleball Clinic is for adults and teens with no prior experience. The objective of the clinic is to teach players the rules of the game, and develop player skills through drills

Join us for this outdoor early morning high energy class that focuses on strength, endurance, cardio, core and community. The goal is to challenge you where you are at and keep you moving forward on your path to fitness.

Learn to squat correctly for maximum benefits
doubles tennis for adults | 8:30 AM
Come play in one of our weekly tennis ladders – no partner needed. Experienced tennis players only – 3.0 and above rating.
pickleball open play | 8:30 AM
For those that already know how to play pickleball. Join us for open play with three skill levels – 3.0, 3.5 and 4.0.
ski training | 11:00 AM
Learn to simulate similar muscle groups used whilst skiing. This class will help you feel more agile, strong, and injury free.
posture perfect | 3:30 pM
A low-impact class focused on activating and strengthening postural muscles as well as stretching overactive muscles to help us move in a more comfortable way for our bodies and posture.
junior dinkers pickleball league | 4:30 pm
For kids that already know how to play pickleball and are aged 9-13 years. Come and play doubles games in a fun round robin with rotating partners.
pilates and barre-inspired powerplate | 6:30 pM
Inspired by the Pilates Reformer and Barre Exercises, the vibration of the PowerPlate adds a unique challenge for these already great exercises.
Masters Swim | 7:00 pm
Masters swim provides a fun and supportive group environment in which individuals set their own goals-competitive, fitness or otherwise. It is beneficial to anyone who is able to swim laps and is interested in improving stroke technique, fitness, or who just wants to share their love for swimming with others. Adults only.

WEDNESDAY, JAN 18TH

The morning is a sacred time when our spiritual energy is at its peak. Clarity and mindfulness throughout the day are just a few of the benefits of a morning practice. Come and join us outside as we open our bodies, hearts, and minds with gentle yoga. The class focuses on flexibility and mobility. All levels are welcome.

Girls Day Out Grab a group of friends or meet some new ones for a day of relaxation and pampering. You’ll start off enjoying the warmth and healing powers of the sauna, steam, and jacuzzi. Then you will be treated like a queen with beauty supply samples, tasty charcuterie, and champagne. Finally, you will end your visit with a blow-dry service ready to hit the town or simply feel rejuvenated to take on the rest of the day. Come prepared with a bathing suit, robe, and slippers. Pre-registration with payment is required. The cost for this event is $25. Register here and we will contact you for payment and confirm your reservation. There will be a cancellation fee for a missed reservation.
